Kiefer Sutherland and the designer he was arrested for head-butting have reached an agreement, the Associated Press reports. This clears the way for his misdemeanor assault charge to be dropped, because, as TMZ.com reports, Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCollough will no longer be a “complaining witness.” See stars’ mugshots. (Without a complaining witness, prosecutors do not have a strong case. This also means Sutherland is not at risk for violating his probation stemming from a 2007 DUI in which he spent 48 days in jail.) The 24 actor allegedly bashed heads with McCollough after the designer accidentally bumped into Brooke Shields at a Met Gala after-party May 5. Multiple outlets reported that Sutherland was intoxicated

Since today is Friday it should be totally awesome and gorgeous, so I don’t know why it has such halitosis and varicose veins.  The most interesting things that have happened all day involved the spawning of a couple who hasn’t been famous in half a decade and the imaginary matrimonial shenanigans of a pretend couple who should never have been famous in the first place.  Furthermore, there haven’t been any new Lily Allen pictures in a WHOLE WEEK. What the hell, Lily?  I know you’ve been busy with your super charming concert ticket scavenger hunts on Twitter (they even involve poems!) but this lack of photos is ridiculous .  I’m not sure what kind of road show you think I’m running here, but how am I supposed to conduct the Cutewatch without twee pictures of your adorable self?  I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I am putting your ass on notice.  I am officially pissed at you, and shall remain so until you return to cavorting in public where people can photograph you for my enjoyment.
