Fresh off of a cross-country red-eye flight, Kate Hudson visited the YAS Fitness Center for an early morning spinning class in Venice Beach on Sunday (October 18). Looking as if her workout sessions are definitely paying off, the “Bride Wars” babe showed off her rock hard abs as she walked back to her car and headed home following the gym visit. Currently having been busy supporting her latest lover, Kate is in town to support her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees as his team plays the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the Major League Baseball playoffs. Having been staying in New York City before returning to the west coast, Miss Hudson was in the stands for Saturday night’s game, which the Yankees won in extra innings to take a 2-0 series lead.
