Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has her little black heart set on getting a tattoo of her 21-year old model boyfriend Justin Gaston’s initials. Fucking brilliant . According to The Inquisitor Miley has drawn her own design for her first tattoo, which is a heart with the initials of Justin Gaston in the middle. The only catch for Miley: you need parental permission to get a tattoo if you’re under the age of 18.
