The late actor and soul singer Isaac Hayes was deep into Scientology during the final years of his life - so deep in fact that he actually quite his ‘South Park’ Chef’s voice gig when the show made fun of Scientology big wig Tom Cruise . But it was revealed this week that Hayes didn’t show any love in his will to the cult church which makes it’s billions of dollars by sucking dry the bank accounts of its celebrities and other wealthy followers.

Anne Hathaway's Ex is Going to Prison For a Few Years
Anne Hathaway ’s super rich rat bag of a boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was sentenced Thursday to spend 4 1/2 years as a guest of the feds in a prison of their choice. Follieri plead guilty last month to charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering. According to investigators, Follieri told investors that he had connections to the Vatican that allowed him access to buy the Catholic Church’s “unwanted” real estate property at a cheap rate.

Raffaello Follieri Sentenced to 4½ Years in Prison
Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was sentenced to 4½ years in prison yesterday after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy back in September. According to People Magazine Follieri, who conceivably could have faced up to 265 years in prison, had agreed not to appeal a sentence less than 63 months in prison. The bureau of prisons will decide the level of security under which he’ll be placed. Follieri delivered a statement in which he said, “What I did was wrong and there is no point in making excuses. … I will never be able to wash away the shame. … I just hope that someday those who have been hurt by my actions will forgive me.” I suppose 4½ years is still better than 265 years.
